Itching and swelling of the eyes.. Every morning and night...Tears all d time. Allergic to pollens and dust particles. Have taken steps to prevent my eyes from these but still I m suffering

While closing and opening my eyelids, my eyelashes of upper eyelid and of lower eyelid get entangled into each other, specially on the corners father from nose, thereby preventing freely opening and closing of eyes. Every time I open and close my eyes, I feel the uneasiness and irritation. The eyelashes have grown in an odd pattern, eg. some are straight and long while some are short and curly. Blinking, a naturally inevitable activity, has been causing me continuous trouble for almost past 8-9 yrs since I learnt this bad habit of plucking off my eyelashes (stopped it 7-8 yrs ago, but altered normal eyelashes pattern). I have been continuously controlling myself from revealing this super weird problem I have been facing for a decade. Over this period the problem has continuously damaged my efficiency and productivity in doing almost everything- ranging from walking to taking to studying to watching movies etc. This seemingly small problem has made my life a living hell. Please help me.

My father 60yrs is suffering from diabetes, he is sometimes having eye problem and we are noticing some cataract or colour changed of his eye shades indications. Please suggest a good herbal eye drop or any good remedy or solutions for his better vision.
