Feeling eyestrain when I wear my specs.

I have recently got specs because of myopia( -0.75,-0.5). When wear the specs I can see clearly, there is no problem about my vision but when I put on the specs my eyes are burning and the eyes becomes red. Why is that happening ?

Red inside eye

I had pink eye recently. And it went away with the eye drops prescribed but the doctors and nobody else knows how long I need to use them. Now it looks like it may be back but not sure. Please help

I tried pressing hard on my right eye

I pressed hard on my right eye with fingers and thumb ..it hurted for 3 days...i am worried what type of damage is caused my pressing hard on eyes..there is no underlying disease..i did this stupidity to check my pain reflex and see how much pain i can bear
