Whether any surgery for removal of that number is possible .If yes to whom shud I consult..Thx

I'm 19 year old girl. I had three eye surgeries when I was 1 year old or so. I had cataract by birth. And now I have myopia in left eye -4.25. And almost zero vision in right eye. I don't wear spectacles except while looking at the board in classroom or watching TV. Do I have chances of being blind?
