Eye Care & Problems

I have pain in right eye. It's more of irritation and feeling as if slight scratching. Also I have been drinking less water in couple of days. Would drinking more water help me? What are the risks?

I asked this question before,but i did not clearly explain my problem clearly.i have retina coloboma in both eyes the right one is completely blind and the left one has low vision (3/10) do you think it is dangerous for me to have rhinoplasty ? can it make my vision worse? breaking nasal bones ?is it a risk ? i really appreciate your time and help
