Pain in the left eye towards the outer side opposite to nose. Slight redness and tears. No problem with vision. Please suggest some eye drop to reduce pain.

Chalazion on eye lid from last 5 years. Had surgeory 5 times but it pop up again and again. Also lost eye brows on chalazion. It seems to be a mimic of chalazion according to me. Dont to know what to do. Almost spent 20k on it. It doesn't ache but its kind of weird hump on eye lid
