How to properly use artificial tears in the eyes? I'm using hypromellose. Please answer this immediately because going to use it now. Thank you.

I'm a man, 40 years. I've been wearing glasses for my shortsightedness for many years. recently I started feeling discomfort in my right when reading. This could be hard books or from computer. The current glasses is 1 year old. Recent FBS test revealed 98 mg/dL. I'm planning to change my glasses, Will that be enough? I'm afraid of cataract.

Is it okay to put artificial tears even that your eyes is tired like using cellphones or any gadgets. Please answer. Thank you. And what are the side effects of artificial tears?

My right eye is apslutly fine ..but my left eye is no moving in left side... Left eye move in right side unshoot and downshoot but no moving in left side ...plz tell me agr iski surgery possible hai?

I consult a opthalmologist before, he said that I'm having dry eyes. He told to me to use hypromellose, artificial tears to get rid of this. 4 times a day, I'll use it in one week.But I didn't obey what he said. Sometimes, only 2 times a day I used it because I notice the side effects of it. Like now I have a big eyebags which I don't have before.

I have a small blood clot in sclera of my eye. i did not have any pain initially for a day or two. Then i noticed that the clot is moving towards the Retina and i started feeling a small irritation while i blink. i googled for symptoms and concluded it might be a subconjunctival hemorrhage. is there any home remedies or i need to consult a doc?
