My father is 69 years old. During Day time without lens he has blurred vision. But with lens he has clear vision during day time. While in night (low light) he is not able to see properly. Is it due to his old age? Will eye angiogram will be helpful for him? Please reply

I am male, 26.
I am a software engineer and have to work by sitting in front of computer for hours. I suppose to have dust/pollution allergy in eyes and often it happens that my eyes feel swollen, tired and I always feel sleepy no matter if its morning or evening. I (my eyes) feel as if I haven't slept for more than 10 days.
