Shivering in skull which passes through whole body what can be the reason...weak eyesight or some issue in brain

I want to get rid of the spectacles presently I'm using And in future also I don't want to increase my eye sight also Day by day my sight is increasing My spec's also getting bigger size Please tell me a way

My spex power is -3.75 sph and 0.75 cyl for both eyes . I wanna join airforce . They accept eye powee upto -3.5sph and 0.5 cyl . Is there any eye drops or food so i could reduce it to this level at least

I work on the computer, due to which I see the eyes blurred, there is trouble in seeing in the eyes.

Now i am feeling good with distance vision but i am not ok with near distance as it is showing decrease in size i.e. small font and when i remove the glasses it is ok. Please let me know what to do.
