I have consulted a doctor and they said that should perform a lasik eye surgery i am late 17 iam guessed that can i perform this or is there any other option

Hello, i am Shubham mehra ,20 an college student i usually work on computer and mobile phones,i have spectacular corrections of - 1.25 in both eyes, from few days my left eye was infected with conjectivities and i am using ciple abti hiotic eye drop. But my vision aren't improved though the conjection is relieved now. Please guide me through.

Light appears too bright weakness and headaches sometimes Cannot see towards light Glare esp. At evening hours to artificial light

I cant open my eyes for long time. Feel like blinking with fully opened eyes after every few seconds. I consulted with an eye specialist (optical shops) and i was told that my visiob is great since i am able to read everything but I have dry eyes. He gave couple of drops which werent very effective but refresh tears 1% strenght was effective.

I am having problem whenever i look straight for a distant object i could not get the proper eye sight the object do not appear me clearly and sometimes i see a white line flashing into my eyes. Please help.
