I've spectacles of power -0.50 for my both eyes... How many more days/months/years should I wear my spectacles so that I won't require spectacles to use in future?

Doubt about my checkup
Actually i have the eye sight for right eye -1.5 and for lefr eye -2.0.Recently i went to the check up they told me for right eye -1.0 and for left eye -1.75.My doubt is eye sight will be reduced

Eyes problem
