I have white dot in Left eye since in was 4yrs old. It was caused because of one accident and i got injured in Left eye so there size difference in two eyes and i cant see clearly through it. Constant headache and tiredness in eyes
I am a 24 year old male. A few days i am feeling sleepy and my eyes feels like tired but i don't. Also when eye gets tired headache gets started. However I get proper 7-8 hours sleep. Also i eat for 3-4 for times in day. What should i do? Is this because of poor vitamins? if yes then suggest diet or supplement.
