I am facing pain in my eyes, mainly in right eye from 3 to 4 days. also feeling blur screen of mobile and laptop

Can LASIK or SMILE surgery be detected? I heard that SMILE surgery has very small cut on cornea so it is nearly impossible to detect that scar even in slit lamp! What are other techniques which are non detectable in the future for example if a person has undergone SMILE surgery than how the opthalmologist will check for it or detect it? Actually I

I was prescribed L Pred and Flarex for 10 days and 15 days respectively as I was suffering from my eye inflammation..redness, itching, slight pain, piercing feeling inside eye. I applied the medicines. Now somewhere I read as these are costecosteroids they increase eye pressure eventually leading to Glaucoma. So am I at risk of Glaucoma now? As I am suffering from severe dry eye now and applying Genteal gel.
