2years back I had left side facial palsy but I recovered within a month after treatment from neurologist. post paralysis I started having twitching in my left side of my face now it is reduced to some extent and then I started having dropping of left eye I want to now droppy eye lid is bcz of palsy r any other causes I want to know wat treatment

Sir i have been using glasses since 8 years and now i m 18 years and still the power is increasing only, i m suffering from progressive myopia with power -9D on both eyes . How can i overcome from this situation? I dont want to use thick glasses . Can i use lenses? When can i go for lasik lasor operation ?
