My eyes are continuous twitching from long time . Is there any problem or normal . how it will get resolve

I want to undergo C3r treatment. The hospital to which I first went to said 65k/eye. I the happened to enquire is some other eye hospital and the price varied from 35k to 16.5 k per eye? Can I know what difference does the hospital make in the treatment and any hospital suggestions ? I stay in Goa and I am looking for an economically good treatment

I woke up in the middle of the night and my right eye was burning and irritated. My vision was and still is blurry. I don't have insurance. Can you help?

Right is is itchy and becomes red. There is a slight burning sensation and water comes out of my eye drop by drop frequently.I see a bit hazy with the right eys, while driving the light fro the vehicle seems to be spread. I have tried using the ceflox eye drops for a couple of days but of no help. Please let me know what is to be done
