I am having dryness under the eye due to which the skin looks dark n wrinkles tend to appear.. Most of skin ointments n creams simply cannot be applied to under eye areas as they irritate n enter the eye. Am dring water and applying oil but skin still dry and stiff under the eye. How bring normal moisture the skin
