My friend finger is inside my eye accidently, this cause my eye is red from half side totally, it is red after 3 days from incident , sir the red colour is removed or not please reply and help me

I have myopia with -5 and -4 powers in right and left eye resp. Recebtly u have been seeing flashes. I have retinal degeneration and i have consulted 4 doctors. Two said go for barrage lazer and two said go for surgery if retina detaches else stay under observation. Should i wait or get this precautionary barrage lazer done? I am 28 years old and if barrage lazer is done should it be done at one go in both eyes or in two three sittings. Please suggest
