My left eye has yellow discharge and my eyelids get stuck to each other when I sleep. The eyelid hurts a little. What would be the preferred treatment?

I am 32 years old female with no medical history. from yesterday my right eye was paining I didn't paid attention but today morning when I saw I can see my right eye turned slight red and there is constatnt pain iny upper eye slerca. Please see attach photo. please suggest I am very worried

My Son suffering from Hazziness of cornea and enlargement of Eye. When we consult with Opthalmologist they said may be possible due to one eye have high IOP from result eye became enlargement and hazziness of cornea and continually drain of water form Eye. They suggest that surgical procedure to be done for reduce the IOP than will be corneal transplantation but after surgical can not be sure that IOP will be leveled. Please suggest the better way.
