Vision problem 12 years
I have 9 number in right eye and 11 number in left eye. I have vision related problems from past 12 years and my number just keeps increasing .What type of diet should I follow to prevent it furthermore. I am veg (I drink milk).

There is no diet specifically that prevents it from increasing.
Eat green leafy vegetables, omega 3 fatty acids and a good balanced diet for your overall health.
