My mother is suffering from problem of double vision from left eye. Also black portion of left eye is not moving completely towards left corner till end.

I was using cromal eye drop. Now it is not available in the market. what is the alternative medicine?

I am a 25 yr old mbbs graduate .The day before I noticed that I lost my nasal field of right eye .i was blaming it on specs at first but when I actually noticed nothing could be seen in nasal field of right eye even more worse inferonasally I doubt this can be retinal detachment ,the loss is sudden n no pain ..Right eye is having a cylindrical no .myopic -6 and hypermetropic +2..Sir I want to know what r the treatment options .is it an emergency ?? At present I am in Delhi Narela .
