Hello
Your symptoms are suggestive of floaters
These appear due to condensation of collagen fibrils present in the vitreous cavity of eye
These are benign and don't need treatment Only way to get rid of them is to avoid them
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done
Regards

They are flaoters.
Floaters naturally occur in the eyes of many and usually don't bother in the vision. They are more distinctly visible when one is tired or has lost focus etc.
No need to worry for them unless they are in large numbers and causing visual problems
