Eye Care & Problems

I have been using spects since my grade 6, it's been 13 years. Both my eyes has different power. -3 and -2.75 . Now the problem is whenever I check my eyes power they say it's the same. But I'm struggling to read boards from a distance. Even after taking so much strain, I am not able to see properly, I'm seeing everything with a light shadow behind it . What should I do? Where should I get it treated?

I had so black spots just behind eye some consultant said that it all just because of not good sleep but I took 7 hours sleep in a day

I was just diagnosed with pigmentation glaucoma in my left eye. I'm 26 years old. Will this eventually effect my right eye or no?
