Usually it is not advised to operate both eyes at the same time due to infection complications. But what should be the ideal gap between the two operations. Let say the gap is 1 month so can any delay in that create any complications? Also, is there any specific time in the year when cataract operation should be done? Or any specific season?

Eyes specialist prescribed me pred forte eye drops for 15 dys 6drops for first 5dys thn 4drops nxt 5dys thn 3 for nxt 5 DTS for my allergy redness near eye ball and i started using it 3 times a day today is third day and my eyes are fine and white... but m feeling some pressure on my eyes today i have visited again he said continue the dose 12 dys more ...can it b harmful or should i continue or tell me how to stop dosage?..now my eyes are fine though

I had Lasik done three months ago at a reputable doctor . I am young, healthy and had "high" myopia (-6.00 and -7.00). 1) My near vision is always perfect. If I was experiencing dry eye blurriness, wouldn't this be blurry as well? 2.)Wetting drops certainly make me feel better and relieve some strain and pain, but do not clear up my vision.
