I have cataract and early dry maculopathy, For some days i am experiencing some new changes in my right eye. When i see some bright light sometimes it stays in my eyes for 10 to 15 seconds. When i open my eyes after a few seconds (not blinking), my right eye goes out of focus. Is it related to cataract ? Or My maculopathy is advancing ? Or something new ?

Sir...my left has been flickering for one year continually. ..which irritating a lot...using dry eye drops but no usr... Pl suggest any remidy ...is  any further complication?? Pl suggest good medicine Regards Prakash

Hi Doctor.. I went for a regular eye checkup and got to know CD ratio of 0.7.. Please find the OCT and CCT report. My IOP is in normal range.. Doctor told can be normal tension glaucoma… Suggested to take HFA 24-2.. Am i having glaucoma? Please advise.. my family doesn't have history of glaucoma... What are the next steps to protect my vision..

Please advise what to do after this test. Doctor just prescribed some eye drop for artificial tear . Tear Analysis:- ST- 26/19 mm TBUT - 15/15 sec LG - -ve/-ve What does this mean? How to be more comfortable with this dry eye.

My eye power is very high and negative of both eyes. I had been seeing different lights in my vision for some time and got my retina checked and everything is fine but lately I had been seeing white colour light in circle which are small at starting but become big later when I blink my eyes in dark room with night bulb everywhere I see. Kindly advise

I'm 26 years old. I have power of -8 left eye and -2 right eye power. I am planning for lazik operation only for left eye -8 power. I have completed all my tests due to retina weak they did 360 degree barrier Lazer and suggested after 2 weeks I can go for surgery I also underwent pentacum scan for left eye after report doctor suggested u can go for icl or smile lazik, If smile is performed there might me minor number left due to high power, he also suggested icl but I'm scared and confused kindly guide me whic surgery is safe for me. And how long should I rest post surgery

I've been wearing contact lenses since I was 12 years old. I'm 24 now. I don't have any problems yet but I'm worried continued use of lenses may cause issues. Should I switch to glasses or can I continue wearing contacts? I plan on getting LASIK done in the future as my power has not yet stabilized.

My mother's left eye had a cataract and it got operated on last November 18, 2023. She has zero discomfort in her eyes as of now and the doctor also said all was okay. Today her left eye got red all of a sudden since the last few hours and there's minor discomfort. She can see clearly as usual there's no problem with the vision. Is it something concerning? Can it be an after effect of a problem with cataract surgery? She's very scared and kindly let me know. I'm attaching a picture for your reference.
