If the dog saliva gets into a person’s eye, how will the vaccine help because antibodies only reach the places where blood is present and human eye cornea does not have blood?

My kid is 4 and half years old. Today by mistake she poked her eyes with her fingers. I splashed some cold water. She cried little and was alright. But one hour bfr she cried and started rubbing her eyes badly. Now her eyes turned red and swollen. Pls advice us what to do

Blurred vision since 2 days. Reports attached. First opinion said blood clotting. Second opinion of other Dr said fungus behind lens. Cleaned the lens but still no improvement in vision.

I was diagnosed with Tuburcular Retinal Vasality, Around 3 months ago.. (started TB medecines as well) Along with that am also suffering with anxiety issue. Although my vision is good & i rarely get pain in eye.(since i stared taking TB meds). but since morning i had bit of pain in eye, and later when i checked my eye in mirror - the left portion of my eye was bit red (i think i had that redness before too, but i cant confirm it for sure) but it kind of triggered my anxiety - Is it common to have bit of redness ? Currently vision is clear & no pain, but its causing me anxiety... Please Sir/Mam any advice will be valuable 🙏 - I can only go for physical checkup on monday
