My right eye is seeing slightly bright images than my left eye?what could be the cause? And occasionally when I strain my eyes my left eye gets slightly blurred and becomes normal in 2-3 days

I have something that appears to be a brown spot on like the inner top part of my lower eyelid near the medial canthus and I don't know what it is.
