Watery Burn and uncomfortable eye

It's been more than a week my eyes are watery and burning and it's really uncomfortable. I am not able to work on my desktop as i am not able to see the monitor for a long time. My eyes are not red but gets watery and itchy and it's getting uncomfortable. I took my proper sleep also around 7-8 hrs but nothing changed.
