I work as a software developer. I am sufferimg from kind of pain in eyes when I woke up from past 2 days. I am sleeping for 7-8 hrs. Hitting bed at 1am Nd waking up at around 8;30-9am. I am sufferimg from headache before sleep. And I play volleyball. I am getting headache even after the game. Please suggest on this
