It's been really a great experience on practo app. I had my question answered by dr. Vaibhav but he asked for the picture of my child for better understanding so I m sharing..

Glad to know Dr.Vaibhav helped you out. I am not aware of the query you posted before. But the picture of your child shows a droopy left eyelid. With the limited 2D perspective on the photograph, I suspect some swelling in that area leading to this appearance or else could be a poor muscle development of the eyelid. I would recommend that you show the child to an Ophthalmic plastic surgeon locally (also called Oculoplasty surgeon) and take an expert opinion on the reason behind the droop.

an early review is better. and regular monitoring of the child s vision development using tools suitable for the age.
