I have iris coloboma In my right eye and no vision in the same eye. I use laptop 4-5 hours daily for study purposes and some time on mobile for social media. I heard about crizal prevencia from my friend. Is this crizal prevencia blue coating really helpful in protecting eyes from blue light ? Should I go for it since cost is quite high considering my eye power of -4.0 cylindrical ?

In very bright light I feel I see something floating in my eyes very light and very transparent. I don't know in childhood also I think feeled the same but now a days when I consantrate on this feel irritated. But it goes in low light. This started before an couple of month and they floaters are not more only one or two or maximum three in no.. please suggest me
