I rub my eyes after dust storm it damages very badly so after that my eyes get very swelling Here i attached my pic

Hello, I'm an 18 years old female. About 10 years ago I had to go through an eye surgery to remove cataract from my right eye by replacing my natural eye lens with an artificial one. Thus, this lens stay fixed in my right eye but since, my vision is still a little blurry I've been prescribed to wear spectacles (which I do), although, as of now I'm doing fine. However, my question is if I can wear colored contact lenses even though I have this fixed lens in my right eye.

I have squint in my eyes. I have suffered this situation. Can you guide how to solve this problem.

Upper eyelid of my right eye is swollen too much since the time I woke up. There is no pain/numbness. But cannot open the eyes more than 30%. I'm on the medication for Lumbosacral pain since 3 days.

My younger brother poked my right eye yesterday. Its paining and watering from right eye and right nostril is present. At times, severe pain occurs on opening the eye after long time. Foreign body sensation occurs on moving the eyeball however, no such thing is present inside. There is a slight black spot formed on the cornea on upper aspect of eyeball. Kindly help
