I see 2 black dots in left eye, 1 in right eye when i open my eyes these quickly disappear.What is it?

I have been suffering from eyes conjunctivitis for 6 months. And i am also a patient of allergy rhinitis. Can i go for reflex smile lasik operation to remove spectacles as i use - 1.50 glasses. Please guide

I usually have tired eyes through the day, i work on laptop in the office most of the day. Some times i feel tiredness in the eyes even after night sleep.
