Migraine aura
Dear doctor mittal, you said that I might be having visual scintilations During migraine. But why did I develop floaters, black ones, the same time I developed these episodes of visual auras that last 5-15 minutes. Along with that, why do I not get the terrible headache along with the aura, only a slight throbbing that also goes away within a couple hours. If I am getting a migraine aura at 26 why did it come along with these floaters??? Please help me understand.

Its ophthalmic migrain and whatever aura you are percieving is due to nerve irritation. Which may get aggravated by mental stress, incomplete sleep, tiredness ,dryness and /or computer vision syndrome  etc . Please perform yoga and take tab flunarin 10 mg daily for one month.
