I right eyes  all cells turned red and is clearly seen Distintly in mirror. I have a little pain also. If I press eyeball I feel pain on top of the eyeball Please advise a medicine for the pain and the red of cells. The colour of the eye is slightly reddish but cells are red and prominent.
