Dry eyes problem . Symptoms - burning sensation , itching , foreign body sensation . I am using tearplus artificial tears but its not that effective . Can this problem be permanently cured ?

Hello A. There is no cure for dryness B. Keep using Lubricating eyedrop...you may increase the Frequency of eyedrop C. Restrict use of mobile and laptop D. Cold compresses E. Use antiglare glasses

These are the symptoms in favour of dryness. You are already using lubricant eye drops. If the underlying cause is computer usage then it might be computer vision syndrome for which in addition to lubricant you will have to observe some precautions also. Please share the information..
