Having headache frequently and pain around temples (eyebrows), having this problem frequently whenever I see system or travel but I don't have any vision problem.

For my upcoming exam I need a vision certificate which include 1. Distant vision test 2. Near vision test 3. Colour vision Ishihara test 4. Binocular vision, field of vision and night vision test Can you please tell me which eye specialist can make that certificate which includes doctor's name, registration number and there seal.

Hello. Over the past 2-3 years, I have this feeling of a muscle under my eyes (lower eyelids) gradually loosening, giving my eyes a very hollow, dark appearance. I experienced this first under my left eye (in 2016) and the same has started to occur under my right eye as of lately. Why is this happening and what can I do to stop (or reverse?) this immediately?
