My TSH level is 21 (report attached).. I am taking tthyronorm 100 mg 1 tab in morning since 1 month. I am having headache and lethargy slipness etc. Do I have to continue with 100mg tablet?

I had diagonised with hypothyrodism tsh value 26.85, and i have started taking thyronorm 75, after 1.5 month when i checked my TSH it has changed to 0.043 That is my hypothyrodism changes to hyperthyroidism Can u tell me why this happen?
