I m 24 year old girl facing problem of irregular periods...weight 74..1 month periods n the 1 month no periods..m taking 3 month course of ginette 35..please suggest remedy ..sugar is nrml

The doctor said that I'm in pre diabetic stage and she asked me to reduce weight and exercise , I am confused with the diet part what are the foods that i should completely avoid, I don't understand carbohydrates or proteins.
