My TSH is currently 4.58 . How do I reduce it in a period of one month to some extent. Suggest me the diet to be followed.

Hi, I think I may have diabetes, since I have many of the symptoms. I become very tired during the day and sometimes have increased thirst or hunger. I've also been getting a very dry mouth, which causes swallowing to be difficult. I just wanted a second opinion on what I should do next. I also have a different problem. There's many red spots on my back area and my whole body is quite itchy, especially the armpit area. What should I do?

I am a 25 year old girl with pcos, newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I am obese. I got married 6 months ago. But before 6 months my blood sugar used to be low all the time. I was having 99 after breakfast. But when i checked 3 days ago, fasting sugar was 182 and rbs was 270. I was shocked and devastated. So i started to drink bitter juices and started working out, in two days my fasting sugar came to 152 and ppbs came to 213. Hba1c is 8.9. Shud i take diabetes medicines?

Glucose level 300+ fasting. Med. Janumate thyroxine 125 mg. Also take medicine for joint and leg pain.. Problem is she is not able to take medicine routinely as after effect creates discomfort. Like dizziness, gastric, constipation, sometime dierhea, ...main dominant is gastric and constipation.

Hello dr My name is pratap i m 28 year old now working in Israel came from india 1 year ago diagnosed seizure fit and now taking oxcarbezpine medicine 1 year finish but 1 year remaining from 2 week went to hospital check up there took my blood test my glucose test results came 103mg from 70 to 100 mg today i test again results was 108 mg is any problem diabetes because i affraid in this and here food i eat milk with coffe fruits cake is that happened by food or something else by medicine ? Hello, I want to ask about my mother diabetes,her diabetes before meal is everyday fluctuate (Range 160-210) and after meal (150-180) , we had taken many medicine from many doctor but effect is nothing, She taken glimpride 2 mg and metformin 1000 (BD) So i want to ask about better reault by that we can control her diabetes before meal.
