I have gained weight so suddenly approx 10 kg in two months. I have tried to reduce the weight through diet and exercise but no results. Plus my periods time table is changed as it is coming every alternative month. I have recently did blood test and found a glucose level in tolerance (114). Please suggest

If by oversight Telma AM H 80 is orally taken for 4 days.will it result in aggrevation of Psoriais and swelling of only right leg and few pus filled boils. If yes then what remedy?

Fasting blood sugar 144 post prandial blood sugar 275 . My question is food he can take in what to avoid ? What are these carbs ?? Hydroxy vitamin D is 19.85. Can he consume milk?? Barley??tiffins?? Mine is a nuclear family so plz suggest me food or diet plan to control his blood sugar levels
