Taking megavog mf 0.2/500 & cyblex 30xr,left side of kidney is paining and constipation, dizziness, weakness occurs

Recently my father found to be a diabetic. His sugar levels are not decreasing. His face and legs are swelling frequently.Even after maintaining healthy diet, medications... Nothing worked. Day by day he is becoming lean and tired. He met doctor frequently and done several tests. Also changed hospitals and test labs. Need good treatment information in good hospital in Hyderabad
