Having suffering from diabetes with Hb1Ac 7.0 may create problem for medical fitness test in government exam ?

I start my day with Karela juice and 2 figs. Is this helpful in Type 2 diabetics? Also, I soak the dry fig in water overnight and eat in the morning and throw away the water. Is this the right approach? Thanks

My 23 year old brother in law got following results in today's blood test: 1. Fasting glucose plasma- 100 mg/dl 2. Triglycerides - 110 3. HDL- 29 4. Direct LDL- 126 mg/dl 5. Non HDL- 122 Are the above results for his age. Please guide.

I checked my sugar with accu- check and in morning 7 am fasting it came to 133 mg/ dl. I again checked at 5 pm evening it was 112 mg/ do.. last night I had dairy milk Cadbury and milk maid After morning test I had in breakfast- -2 egg white and a banana and in lunch:- had 1 egg white , one full egg boiled and one bowl mixed dal One cup of milk tea without sugar I am 6 feet 2 inch tall and 105 kg

Hello sir.. Recently I got my dad's blood tests done as general prevention. His HbA1C came 6.7 and tht made us little worried. He then started having Karela Jamun Juice in the morning empty stomach and continued for one month. Again he got his blood test done and this time HbA1C came 6.5 and FBS is 100 and PP is 104 (After one month of precautions and karela jamun) Now please advise me how to go ahead. Should he start some medication to control HbA1C further?? It all is very confusion as his Fasting Sugar and PP are quite normal but HbA1C comes high.. Any suggestion would be much appreciated sir... I had pcod and was 112kilos. Somehow lost 27kilos and now I weigh 85-86 with the help of glycomet 500mg once for a year. As my cycle got regular, gynaecologist have asked me to stop taking glycomet. But despite of workout & proper diet I'm not losing a kilo. I underwent thyroid and ESR test also, thyroid is normal ESR is 15. So my dietitian have asked me to take ALA 300mcg for inflammation. I have severe constipation problem which doesn't go away despite of eating high fibre diet. Also I have very weak back. My dietitian is also going bonkers that I'm unable to lose a kilo. Should I continue to take glycomet? Or is there any other hormone test should I undergo?

I have been taking Dynaglipt 20 for almost 6 months and my glucose level is almost under control ( FBS 90, RBS 110). The doctor recommended 20mg twice a day. I wish to know if Teneligliptin is safe to use for long term use or whether there are any significant side-effects. Would you recommend some other drug?
