I am a diabetic from 8 months and taking Jalra trio . Last week I was on a tour had more rice items because of which it seems to be increased. Whenever there is spike in sugar level I feel tight foreskin. Kindly let me know advise

Can we take Jau that is barley flour and Chana flour mixed roti in diabetes. It jau ok? And is brown rice a good alternative for white rice?

Hi I have been diagnosed as type 2 Diabetes 8 months ago. Currently I am under Jalra trio tab medication. I was on a trip for a week and on the way I had rice foods. Currently I am having tight foreskin issue because of the diabetic.
