Thyronorm 75 mcg dosage check?

Hello Doctor, My wife was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and she was priscribed to take Thyronorm 62.5 mcg. Later she was advised by the Doctor to increase her dosage from Thyronorm 62.5 mcg to Thyronorm 75 mcg. 1. As we already have Thyronorm 62.5mcg will it be okay if she takes 1 tablet of Thyronorm 62.5 mcg and 1 tablet of 12.5 mcg, to equal her required Thyronorm 75 mcg dosage? 2 . Will she have any complications or side-effects? 3. If on any day she misses her dosage and on next day she would need to take 2 tablet of Thyronorm 62.5 mcg and 2 tablet of 12.5 mcg, will that have any adverse effects on her health? Thank you for your help.

Cgm safe or not

Initial diagnosis suggested diabetes. but going for a second round of testing as we suspect faulty testing. While enrolling for a reverse diabetes program at health centre they mandated the use of cgm to continuously monitor glucose for few days and suggest diet accordingly. my concern is this safe or not as it is a foreign object needle which is injected in your body and left for 15 days.

Hba1c value 6.5%

I am 37 years old. I do physical health check every year and my hba1c was always below 5.5%(normal range). I have chronic neck and jaw pain which I have for past 3 years. Seen doctors and specialists but couldn't find the diagnosis. They put me on different medicines which caused weight gain. I gained lots of weight after those pills. I recently did blood test and my hba1c was high. 6.5 Dr told me to change the diet. I tried that for 3 months by making some changes to diet. Did another test now and it's the same 6.5%. So he put me on Metformin tablets. Is this blood sugar value very high? I don't know how I got the sudden high value. I don't eat much sweets and sugar. Will this value goes down with metformin? How often do we need to check the blood sugar blood work?
