I got diabeties 5 months before Currently my diabeties is 6.2 as per hbA1C test.And before fasting is 118. Do I have diabeties or not ? Is it dangerous? What is the mormal blood sugar level ?

Hello I was diagnosed as type 2 diabetes with a HBa1c of 13 in March. I was prescribed ZitenM  and Gemer 1 - each one tab a day.After 8-9 months of exercise, dietary and lifestyle changes, I have brought HBa1c to 5.6. Can the medication be cut/reduced completely or partially now?

Hello, My mother is diabetic with thyroid and bp issues as well, recently she was admitted to hospital due to diabetic ketoacidosis issue , she recovered from that but her sugar levels are a bit higher side for fasting (390)as well as pp (360) Earlier she was taking diapride m2 forte for the sugar but hospital doc has given her eurepa 0.5 for sugar , kindly suggest if she can continue diapride m2 forte for diabetes or any other medicine needs to be start for high sugar level issue
