Sir,my father is suffering from diabetes since a very long time,say 15 + years.he is on medication but not on insulin injections.i noticed him shivering many times.symphtoms-shivering,forgetfulness,weakness in body,disbalance while walking and low BP.I also fear any heart problem as well.i would like to visit you in the coming days for his diabetes management and lifestyle correction along with diet management.i believe your immense experience can help my father lead a healthy lifestyle.please tell me if there is an urgent need for tests so that any problem coming could be checked beforehand.without wasting anymore time I just want my father to do only what is right for him.awaiting your kind attention towards this issue.shall be grateful to you.

I am a diabetes patient please suggest me my diet plan. My sugar level is 425 mg. Which all fruit i am suppose to eat. And all things i have to avoid.

Greetings doc! My T3-T4-TSH in july were 90-10-7.73 respectively. I was on 50 mcg eltroxin and doc recommended me 62.5mcg. Since then I am regularly taking the med. Yesterday, it came to be 81-8.2-8.89. Could you please guide me on what went wrong? Is it because I take medicine just before breakfast and not wait half an hour as is generally recommended? Also, my weight is gradually decreasing since I started taking medicine 5 years back. I am 5 5' and my weight is 48kgs while my ideal weight is 60 kgs. I never had any symptom of thyroid as such but weight loss is a huge concern. Kindly provide your valuable suggestion.
