My moms sugar level keeps above 200. How to control and bring to normal. Her age is 57. She has diabetes since more than 10 years. All doctors and medicines are ineffective

My mother had suffered a heart attack on 25th of Feb. She got her treatment at Gandhi Memorial Hospital. She got her release on 1st March. Doctor said her heart condition is OK but the attack was due to high Blood Sugar.He replaced Januvia with istamet xr cp (100/1000) and asked to continue the insulin ( lupisulin 30:70 ) intake at 28/ 16 unit. But the PP results still coming around 477,387. Please help,it's urgent.
