I have high blood glucose, high cholesterol, high glycosylated hemoglobin, high mean plasma glucose...protein, ketones in urine and increased urobilinogen. Is this normal diabetes or should I be concerned?

Dear Dr. Reddy Since last few months 4-5 I have had a high tsh value in my health checkups. No other health problems. I am 47 years female. Do you have lasting treatment options for thyroid? I have not started any medication as I am against aleopathy. Thank you

I am having diabetes type 2 since 14 years . i am not able to sleep even for 5 hours properly per day due to which my head us aching and stomach is paining and i am feeling retless . i am taking sleeping pills . i am getting sudden chest pain while sleeping in afternoon due to bad thoughts and tension . and my weight is decreasing due to which i am feeling mentally depressed . please do advice me.

Hai I had heavy bleeding for a year due to multiple poly cysts in my ovary and I have been taking homeopathy medicine for nearly six months but when I stop the medicine,  again I m getting the bleeding problem.
