Unable to sleep
I am having diabetes type 2 since 14 years . i am not able to sleep even for 5 hours properly per day due to which my head us aching and stomach is paining and i am feeling retless . i am taking sleeping pills . i am getting sudden chest pain while sleeping in afternoon due to bad thoughts and tension . and my weight is decreasing due to which i am feeling mentally depressed . please do advice me.

1) don't panic. Looks like more of some psychological stress. Better consult a psychiatrist
2) chest pain needs to b evaluated with treadmill test and 2 D Echo
