Your sugar level is too high and since your medications are not working I would suggest to change medications. My advice would be to start on insulin injection rather than using medications. It's easier safer and more promising than medications. Keep a sugar Glucometer at home and Keep checking your sugar levels everyday. Consultant Endocrinologist for better advice.
