6000 platelet this time my platelet down 6000 to 1500 1 year ago status no any problem in my body lightly weakness

I am 23yrs old male have just taken a full body checkup and my Thyroid Stimulating Hormone is 6.31. Should i need to take any medication as the Reference interval is 0.35-5.50.

My fasting sugar at 5:00 am is 200 then by 6:30 goes to 250 same way post lunch is 180 then by evening 7:00pm it goes around 250 to 300 I take in the morning invokana 100mg and jalra 50/500 in the afternoon i take reclimet 1 tab let and in the night i take reclimet and jalra 1

Hiya my mum has had her thyroid for 10 years, at he moment her medication has stopped, the doctor has said to let her hormones release(7months now) and she has Weight Gain-stomach looks bloated Trembling and shivering Tiredness- doesn't like to get out in the morning Dizziness Do you know if this is serious?

I have thyroid problem with increase in TSH level what foods I have to take and I have taken test 2 days ago and right now I'm using thyronorm tablet of 25 mcg,my TSH level raised to 60 where as limit is 30.so let me know the dose to be used and food to be taken to reduce the problem

My Vitamin D levels in a very recent check up are indicated at very low level pf 5.5ng. Also, my C reactive protien, was at 8.4 How much worried should i be? And what is ypur advise to get it on balance? Please advise, its killing me.

I have been suffering Menstrual periods or irregular periods last 1.5 yrs ..there is lots of problem during it comes.. & in improper way...
