Hypothyroidism and Weight issue

I am 5'4" and 100 kg. I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism in 2002 with TSH above 20. After taking 50 mcg Eltroxin it came down to 9.5 in 2009. Then 100 mcg Eltroxin I took and now my TSH is 1.46 in 2017. How much Eltroxin should I take ? Also my weight is not reducing. What to do ?

I had tested for hba1c it came 5.8 and it shows pre diabetes test were taken from pathlab. But my fasting sugar comes 88 or 90 sometimes 78. I am overweight and have sendartry lifestyle. Do i get daibeties in short course of time. Is this test result is really a worry

Thyroid problem

As my TSH is not reducing since 6 months, my doctor has asked me to take eltroxin instead of thyrocare and also I have severe pain in my lower legs because of Weakness, my doctor has suggested me to take Pyrozed capsule. The medicine is not available anywhere. Please tell me instead of pyrozed, what I can take as my doctor is out of town.
